+ For domestically produced products, the announcing unit must attach a cosmetic production license granted by a competent agency.
+ Products imported for publication must have a certificate of free sale for the product in the country of manufacture and the manufacturer’s authorization for the distributor in Vietnam to announce it on their behalf.
+ The announced cosmetic products must be in the list of cosmetic products allowed to be published as prescribed by law, the constituents of the products must meet the standards and not cause harm to the users.
About the cosmetic publishing process in Vietnam like?
Publication of home-made cosmetic products:
+ Agency receiving the announcement dossier: Department of Health of the province / city where the manufacturer is registered its headquarters or where the manufacturer is located the cosmetic factory.
