On April 16, 2020, the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued a document to the SBV’s branches in provinces and cities about setting up a hotline to handle difficulties and problems related to Circular No. 01/2020 / TT-NHNN.
In order for the SBV’s supporting policy to quickly come to life, contribute to helping businesses (businesses) and people to overcome difficulties, problems, stability and continue developing production – business, Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam To request the Director of the State Bank Branch in provinces and cities to implement the following:
Establishing a hotline phone number at the State Bank’s branches in provinces and cities to receive and handle promptly and thoroughly proposals, proposals, difficulties and problems of people, enterprises and associations areas related to Circular 01. Publicly announce the hotline phone number on the mass media and send it to Business Associations in the locality so that enterprises and people know.
Establishing a permanent division at the State Bank Branch to receive and handle promptly and thoroughly all feedbacks, proposals and proposals of enterprises and people through the hotline. The Director of the State Bank of Vietnam Branch directly guides specific handling and takes responsibility to the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam for failing to satisfactorily and promptly handle feedbacks, proposals and proposals related to Circular 01 in the locality. For the feedback, recommendations and proposals beyond the authority, the SBV branch proactively contacted the SBV Office, the Credit Department of economic sectors and related units of the SBV to coordinate and handle.
The Governor also asked the Directors of the State Bank branches in provinces and cities to regularly check and direct the credit institutions and branches of credit institutions in the area to drastically implement Circular 01 and the instructions of the Head Office; strictly and promptly handling cases of irresponsibility, causing difficulties and troubles for enterprises and people, leading to questions and complaints.
