1	Where the quantity of forged stamps, labels or packing is less than 100 pieces, pieces, sheets or equivalent calculation unit (hereinafter referred to as unit);	Caution or a fine of from 300,000 VND to 500,000 VND	A fine doubling the fine levels for violated acts specified in one of the following cases: – Stamps, labels, fake packages of foods, foods, food additives, food processing aids, food preservatives, functional foods, preventive medicines, medicines for human and cosmetics medical products and equipment, helmets; – Stamps, labels, fake packages of detergents, insecticides, animal feed, fertilizers, veterinary drugs, plant protection products, plant varieties, livestock breeds, cement, construction steel .
2	Where the quantity of counterfeit stamps, labels or packing is from 100 to less than 500 units;	A fine of from 500,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND
3	Where the quantity of forged stamps, labels or packing is between 500 units and less than 1,000 units;	A fine of from 1,000,000 VND to 2,000,000 VND
4	Where the quantity of forged stamps, labels or packing is between 1,000 units and less than 2,000 units;	A fine of from 2,000,000 VND to 5,000,000 VND
5	Where the quantity of forged stamps, labels or packing is between 2,000 units and less than 3,000 units;	A fine of from 5,000,000 VND to 10,000,000 VND
6	Where the quantity of forged stamps, labels or packing is between 3,000 units and less than 5,000 units;	A fine of from 10,000,000 VND to 15,000,000 VND
7	Where the quantity of counterfeit stamps, labels or packing is between 5,000 units and under 10,000 units;	A fine ranging from VND 15,000,000 to VND 20,000,000
8	If the quantity of fake stamps, labels or packing is 10,000 units or more.	A fine of from 20,000,000 VND to 30,000,000 VND
