Enterprise is an organization with its own name, assets, headquarter and registered in accordance with the law. As such, headquarters is a mandatory component of every business. Once a business is established, a head office address is required for transactions.
The head office of an enterprise is the place of contact of the enterprise on the territory of Vietnam, whose address is identified including house number, niche, alley, lane, street, street or hamlet, hamlet, commune, ward or ward. , towns, districts, towns, provincial cities, provinces and centrally run cities; telephone number, fax number and email (if any).

Common use for households, individuals and organizations, including condominiums built for residential purposes and condominiums built for mixed use purposes for residential and business purposes.
One of the prohibited acts when using an apartment is: Using an apartment for purposes other than residential purposes; using the area to be traded in condominiums under approved projects for the purpose of trading in inflammable and explosive materials, providing services that cause environmental pollution, noise or other activities affecting to the life of households and individuals in apartment buildings as prescribed by the Government.
Accordingly, businesses are not allowed to use the apartment for the purpose of corporate headquarters or to conduct business activities without having to stay.
At the same time as prescribed at Point b, Clause 2, Article 66 of Decree 139/2017 / ND-CP: Violating regulations on management and use of apartment buildings, a fine of from VND 30,000,000 to VND 40,000,000 VND for acts of using an apartment for non-residential purposes.
Thus, according to the provisions of law, enterprises are not allowed to use apartments to serve as headquarters for their businesses.
